Partners of “travelling” choirs and friends may take advantage of booking seats in the A-Reserve section for

$45 per ticket

A-Reserve is the more desirable area and comprises the front/forward section of the AEC and would normally cost $55 per ticket (plus booking fee tba).
This offer will close on 30th November 2024. From 1st December 2024, all remaining seats in this reserved area for partners and friends will become available to the public at $55 per ticket.
Details for providing tickets to partners of members of the two Adelaide choirs will be broadcast in October 2024.

PROCESS: each “travelling” choir is requested to promote this offer and process amongst its members and community. Each choir should identify one person to receive all expressions of interest, keep a list of those partners and their friends who would wish to sit with them, collect $45 per ticket booked, and hold such funds as your choir sees fit until they will liaise with the Ticketek representative to make a bulk booking and transfer the requisite funds before 30th November 2024.
Each choir representative will then liaise with the Ticketek representative about receiving the bulk order of tickets. Each choir representative will then be responsible for distributing booked tickets to individuals in their choir and community.

IMMEDIATE NECESSITY: promote this offer regularly over the next three months.
As in the past, our partners comprise a significant component of the audience so the number of tickets sold by 30th November 2024 will give us an excellent indication of support six months before our performance date.
