MCAA Festival of Male Choirs 2020

Dear fellow choristers,

Just a short bulletin to keep you informed of the progress made towards our next concert.
The committee has been working quietly to get things in place for the 2020 Festival.
Venue – Sydney Town Hall.
Date – 1st November 2020
• Weekend of Saturday, 31st October and Sunday, 1st November 2020
• Practice and rehearsal – Saturday 31st October, Pitt Street Uniting Church, 264 Pitt Street, Sydney – times and details to be advised.
• Final rehearsal, staging and Concert, Sunday, 1st November, Sydney Town Hall.
Songbooks – We will deliver song books by the end of April 2019.
I would like to thank the Musical Directors’ Advisory Group, and Neil Fleming and Brian Buckley, for making this happen. The final concert repertoire is included in this bulletin.
We are in discussions with a conductor, accompanists and supporting artists, the details of which will be forthcoming once they are finalised.
We look forward to seeing you in Sydney and thank you for your support.
